Who we are

Papuga is operated by CGL Software Łukasz Nawrocki, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. Tax identification number (NIP): 7792359653. EU VAT ID: PL7792359653. Our product is available at papuga.io.

Data we collect

  • Account data: Email address, name (if provided via Google OAuth), and avatar URL.
  • Project data: Translation keys, translation values, project settings, and team membership information you create within the service.
  • Usage data: Pages visited and features used, collected anonymously via Vercel Web Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics service. No personal tracking is performed.
  • Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.

Why we collect it

We collect data to provide and improve the Papuga service, authenticate your identity, process payments, and communicate important updates about your account.

How we store it

Your data is stored on Supabase cloud infrastructure. We use EU-region servers where possible. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Port your data to another service
  • Restrict or object to processing

Cookies

Papuga does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics service. Authentication cookies are used solely to maintain your login session. No cookie consent banner is required.

Data retention

Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.

Children

Papuga is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email.
