Operator

These terms are between you and CGL Software Łukasz Nawrocki, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (NIP: 7792359653, EU VAT: PL7792359653), located in Poznań, Poland.

Service description

Papuga is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) translation management system available at papuga.io. It provides AI-powered translation, team collaboration workflows, and an API for delivering translations to your applications.

Account terms

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Accounts are for individual use. Shared accounts are not permitted.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Papuga to manage or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not abuse the API beyond published rate limits.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.
• Do not resell access to Papuga without written permission.

Payment terms

• Subscription plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in USD.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.
• We may change prices with 30 days' advance notice via email.

Intellectual property

Your translations, keys, and content remain your property. We do not claim any rights over your content. The Papuga platform, brand, design, and code are the property of CGL Software Łukasz Nawrocki and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

AI translation disclaimer

AI-generated translations are provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated translation. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated translations before approving and publishing them to production.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for planned maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms after providing notice.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us at hello@papuga.io to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Poznań, Poland.
